- Doucette Construction Company, LLC is pleased to announce that we are in the process of completing permit approvals for the construction of the Find Feed Restore—Hannah Grace Gardens, Mascotte, Florida, affordable housing complex for families in need in the Lake County, Florida, area.
- The project consists of renovating an existing triplex and adding (4) 2-bedroom (1 ADA-compliant) and (2) 3-bedroom (1 ADA-compliant unit) units, along with a community building to provide support services - financial education and counseling.
What's Happening now
DCC was the General Contractor for the completion of the Tesla Supercharging Station at the BusyBee Travel Center in Live Oak, Florida, consisting of the installation of 12 charging station, all required infrastructure improvements including new underground utilities, concrete work and landscaping. The project was completed on time and in budget.
DCC was also the CM for the DAS upgrades at the Summit Bechtel Reserve National BSA Camp in West Virginia consisting of changing sectors, upgrading radios and installing a new special antenna array atop a new 60 ft. tall steel monopole in time for this summers jamboree.
